The Rookie Season 6 Release Date

The police drama The Rookie was renewed by ABC just before the seasons end. This dramas early renewal, although having a unique and unconventional premise based on a genuine story, proved its success.

Since its launch, The Rookie has had a fall premiere and a season finale in may with roughly 20 episodes. It wont be any different this time around either, as The Rookie season 5 will begin airing on ABC on Sunday nights at 10 p.m. ET on September 25, 2022, as revealed by the shows official Instagram in June.

The network hasnt officially confirmed how many episodes there will be, but based on the length of the previous seasons with the exception of season 3, which had fewer episodes than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic viewers can be sure they will enjoy The Rookie Season 5 for at least 20 episodes.

Fans questioned whether any prominent cast members would not return for season 5 of The Rookie after the season finale, which marked a turning point in the journey of some of the audiences favorite characters. Thankfully, The Rookies primary cast has been confirmed for season 5 so viewers can relax.
