The BTS concert Yet to Come in Busan, which will be live-streamed around the world, is intended to highlight the boy bands support for Busans quest to host the 2030 World Expo. A worlds fair that is planned to take place in 2030 is being considered for four locations, including Rome, Odesa, Ukraine, and Busan.

Also being explored is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The choice of the subsequent years host nation will be made by the Bureau International des Expositions. The BTS lads were chosen in July to serve as honorary ambassadors for Busans bid to host the World Expo 2030. The band was picked, per a statement from BTS record label Big Hit, because they appreciate the importance of the World Expo and share the same beliefs.

This Saturday, BTS is slated to perform at 6 p.m. KST (5 a.m. ET) (Oct. 15). In South Koreas Busan, in the Busan Asiad Main Stadium, they will perform. Ilgwang Special Stage had been slated as the location for the concert, but Big Hit later revealed in a September press release that Busan Asiad Main Stadium had been chosen instead to preserve the main purpose of the concert and for the audience to have a smooth, enjoyable, and accessible viewing experience.
