When Will 1000-Lb Sisters Season 4 Be Released?
TLC has yet to reveal a release date or clarify whether the Slaton sisters will return for future episodes. Amy did speak out about possibly stopping production in February 2022, stating that she was not contractually obliged for a fourth season and that she was still waiting to hear from the network.
“I’ve been a part of the show for three years now.” It was easy at first, but now that I have Gage, he doesn’t want me out of his sight,” she said of her eldest kid to ‘The Sun’
. “When I’m at work, I feel like I’m being a bad mother.” When we’re filming and whatnot, he’s constantly at Granny’s. I feel like I’m squandering time.”
“I don’t want to do another season because I’m pregnant; it’s just too much for me.” “I’ll probably be fine if they cut down my hours,” Amy remarked as she discussed her circumstances this time. “Last season, I worked every day for weeks, on top of remodeling a house, Gage, Tammy, and my mother,” she continued. “It was just too much last year, and I’m not up to it… I can’t say how much I get paid, but that’s my major job, along with making YouTube videos.”
What’s Tammy’s Status Following Her Health Scare?
During a TikTok video she broadcast from her Ohio-based recovery center in February 2022, Tammy stunned fans with a rare live update. In the short, she teases that her weight loss journey is going well, but fans will have to wait until the next season of the show for more details on her.
“I’d love to give you an update on my weight loss, but you’ll have to wait until season 4,” she remarked. “Sorry!” “Just know that I’m remaining on track and things are looking good!” Tammy added as a modest clue.
Tammy’s terrifying hospitalization for carbon monoxide poisoning in November 2021, during which she was put on life support and had a tracheostomy, has been nearly four months. Tammy’s trach tube is still in place months after her brother Chris Combs disclosed that she lost 115 pounds in just 30 days while in rehab.
When will Amy’s second child arrive?
In July 2022, Amy and Michael will have their second child. Gage, the couple’s first child, was born in November 2020, and she has shared occasional pregnant updates on social media since her most recent pregnancy announcement.
Following her move from Dixon, Kentucky, to Morganfield on April 18, she captioned an Instagram image, “27 weeks baby.”
Who will appear in the fourth season of the show?
Given that Amy and Tammy Slaton are the show’s stars, it’s safe to assume that if “1000-Lb Sisters” returns to TLC for a fourth season, they’ll both be back.
Throughout the first several seasons of the show, Amy focused on her desire to start a family with her husband, Michael Halterman.
According to ScreenRant, Amy was able to get the weight loss surgery and give birth to her first kid, Gage Halterman, in November 2020. Amy has mentioned that she would like at least one more child, thus another ScreenRant post claimed that Amy and her husband were planning to have another child.
Tammy, on the other hand, has yet to reduce enough weight to be considered for weight loss surgery. In fact, in a recent episode of “1000-Lb Sisters” that aired earlier this month, Tammy returned from food rehab 15 pounds heavier than when she first joined the program, prompting many to wonder if Tammy would ever lose enough weight to undertake her weight reduction surgery, according to People.
Darlene Rednour, the sisters’ mother, as well as other members of the Slaton family, appear in the series. According to ScreenRant, the sisters had a strained relationship with their mother, who appeared in the first season of the show to persuade the sisters that they would never be able to achieve their weight-loss goals. Her lack of support gained her few fans on the show, as you might anticipate.
